- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call, text, or email us to discuss availability & details. 2. Schedule & attend your free consultation / meet and greet. Let us meet your pet(s) and answer any questions you may have. 3. Submit the required documentation to us: •New Client Form •Vaccination Records 4. Inquire for availability (via text, email, call). Pick-up / drop-off times are coordinated. 5. We provide your pet(s) with all the TLC they need! We’ll provide you with picture updates throughout the stay. We may ask follow-up questions and will inform you if any concerns arise. 6. Reunite with your happy furbaby! Payment is due at the end of the stay (weekly for recurring services). 7. Reach out when you need services next.
