Took courses at Harvard on Negotiating and regularly attend webinars and read white papers that arrive by email or appear on LinkedIn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
25 years ago I worked with customers that wanted computer solutions without needing to program. As a result I was involved in many, many projects having to do with bringing new and innovative products to market, so I ended up having to deal with challenges unique to that situation. If a product does not have a category name, what do you do? How do you describe it? How do you compare it to the existing solution that is considerably different. This was my training ground.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For each product or servie, I help flush out routes to market, put together plans and use the plan as an iterative process to drive understanding of areas that were cloudy or not considered.
