- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is simple...I define my services and give a fixed fee to complete the work, including a schedule. I also define the client's responsibilities. I also include a list of services I consider additional or beyond the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Subscriptions to marketing journals and on-line courses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I organized and managed 2 companies from start-up. I learned how to market these companies and a few years ago decided to concentrate strictly on helping small businesses like mine get more customers using one or several marketing strategies available.
