- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building your business is like building a house -- we create a great plan that fits your needs and goals before we start nailing boards together. Whether we are helping you with a writing, planning or marketing project, our work always starts by getting to know you and your business, and what you hope to achieve. Tell your company story in a new way? Inspire your employees or customers to act? Boost your number of clicks, contacts and contracts? Each requires a thoughtful plan, based on communications expertise and marketplace knowledge. We then create the deliverable you need, working with you to make sure it meets your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have college degrees in journalism/media management and communications, and have each spent our 20+ year careers in employee communications, advertising, marketing communications, PR, executive communications and leadership roles.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been storytellers since Michael wrote fiction to tell on the school bus and Jennifer published poems in her grade-school newsletter. Each of us developed that love of storytelling into a communications career.
