Very Professional, Honest, and Friendly. I did not hire Northface as they informed me repair was not needed at this time nor would it be preventative (that alone speaks volumes to them as a business!). I had Northface come over to inspect a siding issue I was very concerned about. They informed me on the spot it was only cosmetic and further investigated any damage that could have been due to improper installation but everything checked out to be proper. They even inspected other concerns I had of the property and informed me of timing and future options for repair.

They responded very quickly, came out fast and made the actual roof repair super fast. This was a small repair, so I didn’t expect that level of attention, frankly.

Very impressed with the work. They helped us fight for a new roof with our insurance company, and were not willing to back down as other contractors had done. Would definitely recommend!
