Introduction: ALL levels can benefit by using the 3x3 fitness rings. The beginner, senior or injured athlete can start with a chair workout that will help build the core and strengthen all muscle groups. I can also provide mid to advanced workouts that will challenge the athlete with barre, mat and standing strength and flexibility training. Fun, Safe and Effective!
My philosophy is that we all want to live a long life. If we keep our bodies healthy and strong it can be a quality life. You don't need to be a size 2, but you do need to be healthy. I like helping others achieve a healthy attitude with their healthy body.
