- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first text or email them and find out when a good time to call is, then i will call them and try and to get some more in depth information about what it is their looking for (size,shape,color, if they want patterns in the concrete). Then it’s followed up by a in person walk through of the property along with my final bid.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out helping my dad in the industry I’ve been pouring concrete on my own now for 5 years
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Don’t always go for the cheapest quote generally the cheaper the contractor is the more corners they will cut to get your project done.
