We originaly had a quote from a large regional gutter fascia company, but we were concerned that the only fascia that they offered was a wood grain textured steel. After looking at a couple of houses that had the textured fascia, we decided we needed to find another company. We contacted Northland Home Exteriors and Kevin came out to meet with us. Since we had some issues in the past with a different general contractor company and the subs that they used, our biggest concern was who was going to do the work. Kevin said that one of their primary installers was working on a house just a few miles away and he suggested that we go to see his work. After getting a chance to meet Andrei, we were sold. Andrei took the time to explain the two different gutter guards that they offered and also showed us a few different things that he could do with the Window wraps. We contracted with Northland for gutters, gutter guards, soffits, fascia and window wraps and we could not be happier. Andrei is a perfectionist and he was able work around all of the issues that a close to 50-year-old house threw at him. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Im a single mother. With 2 part time jobs. Never thought i could afford windows until northland came out..They were on time ,professional and so nice. I didn't feel pressured at all. They have lots of financing options available. My energy bills went down since my windows have been replaced.

Northland has a residential building contractors license issued by the state of Minnesota. We are also preferred contractors for many manufacturers and are up-to-date on their installation practices.
