FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the most important aspects of a construction project is planning. I like to meet with my clients two or three times to discuss the plan and process of work, to make sure we are on the same page before the project starts. This resolves most issues before they even happen. And when we encounter unanticipated problems it's easier to resolve them if I understand what your expectations are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working in the trades for over 15 years. In that time I have done many different things, but the job I enjoyed the most was being a project manager for a large general contractor. I enjoyed using my out of the box approach and creative problem solving to consistently deliver the highest value results for my clients. Now, I get to do what I love everyday.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential clients on remodels and additions, commercial clients on retail buildout. And I have also worked for large Home Owners Associations on capital repair projects.
