Working with Land of 10000 fixes was great. I saw they were working in my neighborhood and contacted them. Within 2-3 days they came out, gave me a bid, and an estimate of when they could do the job. My job was very small so I was afraid they would not do it. They do large projects and small, and while doing my job they found other parts that also needed to be repaired. They did that also without having to delay the work. The work they provide is good quality, fairly priced, and very professional and personable. I will use them again for any future projects!

After getting a couple other quotes to repair my rotting 3-season porch footings, I was pleased that these guys didn't try to price gouge me. Even though my job wasn't exactly in their scope, Todd subcontracted another company to install helical piers for my sagging porch. I was expecting my current footers to be torn out and replaced, but new supports were installed instead. Overall, I'm happy with the results. The price was fair, and the job was done right the first time.
