Introduction: We are a full-service building contractor. PEC has been in business for 27 years. Over the years, we have built several custom homes, remodeled homes and completed other construction projects such as decks, new siding, windows, doors, etc. Over the 27 years, our specialty has been insulating and weatherizing homes. We are a contractor certified with Xcel Energy and CenterPoint Energy to do the insulation work for rebate programs. Progressive Energy is BPI and lead abatement certified. We have been a contractor working with the metro community action programs for 27 years, serving the community by weatherizing their homes. Over the years, we have insulated literally thousands of homes. James was the first person certified in blower door diagnostics in the state of Minnesota in the early '80s. Progressive Energy provides cellulose, foam and fiberglass insulation. We work out of our shop in Hugo with a reliable staff. All estimates are free!
