- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and requires an on-site estimate to give the customer the most accurate qoute. I am very competitive in pricing and my prices are hard to beat. I try and save the homeowner money that they really don't need to be spending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer to get an understanding on the scope of the job. During that we would then set up an on-site estimate to better understand what they are looking for. We can then discuss stamps, colors, and anything else they have questions on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Business Management and have been trained in all aspects of Decorative works including stains, antiquing, stamping, and shake on color hardeners.
