- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a 1 size fits All program, so depending on what each and every client is looking for along with the frequency per week can dictate a session rate of "$45 to $65 per session" Along with catering to Each and every Clients Financial situation allows the flexibility for us to create them a plan along with being able to pay what best suites them! -Weekly -Biweekly -Monthly -Pay a Package in Full
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a Complimentary Consultation to get to know one another and I find out what your Goals are and what you are looking for in a trainer . from there I will run you through a small workout to figure out where your Level of fitness is currently at. Then I build you your Workout Program Taylored around Your Goals! - I Train you Through workouts that we will do in the gym that pertain to your goals. -I give/offer nutritional information along with meal plans that will best suite you and your Lifestyle. - I type up homework for you to do when we are not together in the gym -I take measurements 1 time a week (body fat, bodyweight, measure 7 areas of your body) to mark Progressions and see the changes. - I Have us Take Beginning Pictures and Progress Pictures every week to as well mark progressions and see where areas on your body are changing/improving. -As each week/month goes by we will always be switching it up to make sure You are getting the Results you are Paying For!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having First Hand experience in Loosing a huge amount of weight and as well Gaining muscle. 4 years of Schooling along with extra online schooling for a Certification in Personal Training. I have been trained in how to recognize muscle imbalances and postural deviations and how these are going to affect someone's every day life as well as limit themselves in the gym. whether it be Chronic Pain that I know I can allow a lifetime of relief or even helping them build the supporting muscles for them to be able to do more in the Gym or outside the gym (functional strength) no matter there age.
