Introduction: Hello, I am here for you whether you are taking your first step into the pool and overcoming a fear, or training for your next long distance triathlon. I also train my clients in strength and flexibility with a focus on goals achieved. I have a garage gym in Lakeville (heated) where I train clients, or I can meet you at your favorite pool, gym lake, or park. Thank you for your time and consideration of me as your teacher.
