- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate Sales Services for sellers and buyers are negotiable. Tenant Placement Services - the fee is equal to one full month's rent. This service includes photography, marketing, showings, application processing & tenant screening, lease signings, deposit collection and move-in walk throughs. Full Property Management - $100.00 per month for full services which includes rent collection, monthly funds transfers to owners, maintenance coordination, emergency services, monthly reports and preparation of tax forms to tenants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I customize my services to my clients and keep their busy schedules in mind. When dealing with Property Management, I would love to have a face to face meeting with a new client, when possible, as it is the ground work to building a great business relationship. However, I know that many of out potential clients have very busy schedules so I am open to phone calls, text messaging and emails. When working with sales clients, a face to face meeting is a must. A detailed list regarding my clients expectations are noted along with the end goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Real Estate and Property Management. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with the State of MN. I also have been in the Property Management business since 2003 so have quite a bit of experience under my belt.
