Introduction: We provide both buyer and seller inspections for Central Minnesota and the North Metro areas.
A typical inspection takes 2-3 hours, and covers plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical systems as well as roofing, siding, windows, doors, interior areas, attics and basements.
We look for water intrusion, structural issues and safety hazards in addition to basic function. All of these are then summarized in an easy to understand inspection report complete with dozens of photos.
