- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are priced in convenient, affordable monthly packages so you always know how much your paying and can budget without worry. No hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to have an initial consultation (free of charge) to get to know you and your business and also give you a chance to get to know me. Handing someone your business finances is a huge step and you should be completely comfortable with it before you do it. This also allows us to map an action plan and I can provide a customized quote based on the services needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the accounting field for over 10 years (post education) serving in roles such as staff accountant, HR Manager, Office Manager and bookkeeper. I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and currently in process of obtaining my certified bookkeeper and certified HR Specialist credentials. I am also a Microsoft Office User Specialist and I firmly believe that there is always more to learn so I often am enrolled in continuing education courses to make sure I am up to date on all software and practices.
