Foundation Repair

The crew showed up and had all the work done in only 2 Days. Kevin looked over the basement and determined we could go with a different solution that worked better for us. The only issue we had was our triple safe sump pump didn’t come in while the crew was here. However, once it had arrived, the crew was here the next day and had it installed. I’m going to love our new dry basement.

Concrete Repair and Maintenance

The work was completed almost 6 weeks after deposit was made. I had to call to get updates. They should consider timely updates to their customers. The work was completed in roughly four hours. The contract only gives two or three days to negotiate or cancel. Since there is nothing being custom made, this grace period should be extended, imho. Not certain what the individual cost of materials were for time of completion 4hrs, 3 men, a backhoe and one other piece of equipment to set the piers in. Paid $3200. We are promised a 75 year warranty, which is good. The people were all pleasant, we just have questions as to the expense in relation to the work done.
