Our air conditioner wasn't working, so we contacted Comfortech to come look at it. It was late on a Friday night, so I didn't expect anyone to answer the phone. Someone picked up and the technician was out in about 45 minutes. He quickly found out what was wrong and had it fixed in less than an hour. The price was affordable and we are happy to have a working air conditioner again. Highly recommended contractor, very professional and prompt.

We were out of town and received a call from a neighbor watching our house. There was water on basement floor all around furnace and he didn't think the air conditioner was working right. Comfortech responded to our request within minutes. They came out, called us to go over pricing, and had the repairs completed within a few hours. Everyone else who replied wouldn't come out until Monday!! Dave, you are awesome and you have our business forever. Thank you so much!

Dave arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C, even though he had to work just when we had a torrential rain! He explained the issues clearly, made all necessary repairs and charged a very fair price. I will be calling Comfortech again for any other HVAC maintenance or repair.

Had a AC Issue on Sunday evening and the tech came out in less than 30 minutes. Came out found the issue and repaired it. Under less than an hour my AC was up and running, highly recommended.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided multiple options to repair my AC. I later on decided to have them install new ac and furnace since those are old anyway. Dave and his team acted fast and did the work well. I would consider to use them gain in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly participating in continuing education to keep current on new products and equipment. We also attend any mechanical code related training that is available and always stay current with our license requirements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We followed in family member's footsteps.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always encourage customers to get a second opinion if they ever believe a company is overcharging them or is being dishonest. There are several companies within our service area that will take advantage of a homeowner's lack of knowledge of HVAC systems and use deceptive selling practices to generate additional income. We are not one of them.
