Great service, very professional. Comfortech had a technician out to my house very quickly. In the 18 years we've owned our house we have dealt with a lot of heating and air conditioning companies. This company was by far the best. We signed up for a maintenance agreement and look forward to having them back to look at our furnace this fall!

Excellent service. I couldn't get ahold of most of the companies I tried to contact and the ones I didn't want to come out until Monday. Comfortech had a technician over here in about 45 minutes. He was able to repair my air conditioner quickly and wasn't pushy and he didn't try to upsell anything to me. I signed up for their maintenance program, because I want them to come back and look at my furnace this fall. Good company, great people. The level of service was greatly appreciated.

This company is phenomenal. They contacted me quickly and told me they would have a technician out shortly, which was awesome. In the time I had called 2 other companies (and was told they were too busy), Comfortech had already emailed me back to set up an appointment. The technician was out in less than an hour, found a bad electrical part, and had it running in no time. I was fearing the worst, because the air conditioner is so old, but he looked it over and said everything else was in good shape. The repair cost a lot less than I thought it would. I will DEFINITELY call you guys again. Thank you so much!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly participating in continuing education to keep current on new products and equipment. We also attend any mechanical code related training that is available and always stay current with our license requirements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We followed in family member's footsteps.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always encourage customers to get a second opinion if they ever believe a company is overcharging them or is being dishonest. There are several companies within our service area that will take advantage of a homeowner's lack of knowledge of HVAC systems and use deceptive selling practices to generate additional income. We are not one of them.
