It was refreshing to see somone truly enjoy his work. He answered all of my questions and his price was very reasonable. Even though my AC unit is 33 years, he was able to repair it and did not skip ahead to selling a new one.

When my furnace went out on a cold Saturday night with temps in the 20s, I was stressed about keeping my family warm. Instead of pushing for an emergency service fee, Max took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone — a rare level of care.

Max is the HVAC whisperer. We discussed the problem of not getting any air upstairs and then he was running all over the place checking everything. He had it figured out (motor) and fixed within a few hours. He also indicated he could help optimize the air flow in the house which we will follow up to get done when we make the time at a later date. House feels amazing!
