It was refreshing to see somone truly enjoy his work. He answered all of my questions and his price was very reasonable. Even though my AC unit is 33 years, he was able to repair it and did not skip ahead to selling a new one.

Max is the HVAC whisperer. We discussed the problem of not getting any air upstairs and then he was running all over the place checking everything. He had it figured out (motor) and fixed within a few hours. He also indicated he could help optimize the air flow in the house which we will follow up to get done when we make the time at a later date. House feels amazing!

One of the things we overlooked when buying our house was that it didn’t have a dryer vent. We contacted a few places…some were hesitant and others said they didn’t even do that kind of work. Max was the first to contact me via Thumbtack.
He came out and checked out our situation, and though it was a little more difficult than most, he had the solution. One of the first things I noticed was that he knew his stuff and wanted to do things right.
On project day he came out and got right to work. An unforeseen hurdle was no problem for Max, and again he had a pro solution. It added a little extra time to the project, but he came out on Day 2 and wrapped it up in no time.
I highly recommend Max if you want a job done by a pro and you want it done right. The value for our project was the best by far. We plan on going back to Max for future projects in our new house!

WOW!! Max rocked!! We needed a new register run into a remodel bedroom that didn’t have heat or cooling and he came out assessed the project , gave us options based on our budget and then had the job done in a little over an hour?!? He knows his stuff !! And was super friendly and personable. I prefer small businesses when it comes to home repair stuff because of that down to earth vibe you get with feeling like you hired the next door neighbor. 10/10 would recommend.
