I reached out to them in the evening hours and they were able to come out the next day in the morning. Cleaned out the floor drain in the basement that was clogged and spouting out water when the running dish washer and sink in the kitchen. Problem seems to be fixed. 👍🏾

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$149 Rooter Any Drain, regardless of which drain is clogged. We don't need you to diagnose it. We have simple, upfront pricing to take the fear out of scheduling. We also offer specials on toilets. $75.00 Clogged Toilet Specials. If we can "snake" it from the top without removing and resetting the toilet, it's only $75.00.
