- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book an appointment with us, we stick to it. Our technicians come to you with years of experience and specialized training, so you can rest assured that an expert will be performing a flawless repair. We are fully insured, and follow all necessary and safety guidelines to protect our team and your family. We treat every home with the same care and consideration that we give our own homes. Whenever we’re making repairs, we cover the surrounding areas with plastic or tarp to protect your belongings and help contain debris. When the job is complete we clean up after ourselves, so you won’t have to deal with any mess after we leave.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long will the job take? Is there an offered warranty? Do they provide quality inspections after the job is completed?
