We tried getting an estimate for our garage as it needed to be up to code for the sale of our home. We reached out on a Thursday with a little over a month to go before closing. They said Monday looks good and that was great for us. I waited until around 4 on Monday then contacted them. They called shortly after to say something came up and that they could try for Tuesday. Things happen, it really wasn't a big deal. They came Tuesday and gave a rough estimate and that they would email over an official bid later that day. We gave our email for them to send the bid to and all was fine. It took until Thursday when we got a call from an office staff member asking for an email to send the bid to, which we already provided. No bid came until we emailed Friday morning. We decided to call another company in the area and we got an estimate the same day for 1/3 of what Advantage quoted and the work was done within a week.
