I have a strong passion for all things photography! After graduating from NAU with a Bachelor's in Photography, I started my photography business in the Twin Cities. I have a major focus on wedding and engagement photography, but will photograph real estate, families, and any other major event. I photograph portraits by using small prompts and suggestions so your shoot will feel more relaxed and casual. I am very laid back and want to make sure everyone is comfortable. My editing is reminiscent of 35mm film so the contrasts will be punchy and the skin tones will be warm.

Our photo shoot was planned last minute on a very cold day, but Laura guided us through the shoot and made it a great experience for us. She was very professional, friendly, and we had a lot of fun working with Laura!

I hired Laura to do our daughters senior photos. Laura was so responsive and just a pleasure to work with. My daughters photos turned out beautiful and we even got a few family photos in too! Unfortunately we had to wait until December to take pictures due to my daughter's braces, but you can't even tell we were all freezing. We had our daughters photos within a week and can order professional prints through Laura, and/or download and print the photos on our own. I would highly recommend her and hope to use her again in the future!

Laura was very responsive and helpful. We spoke directly and she answered all of my questions prior to our family photo session. She provided me with her contact information and indicated she was available to answer any questions that I might have prior to our photo shoot. Laura confirmed our appointment one day in advance. We originally planned an outdoor session, but the MN weather did not cooperate. Earlier in the day when the weather turned unfavorable, Laura contacted me to ensure that we had an adequate space indoors that would allow for a successful session. She reviewed my pictures of the planned indoor space and provided me with guidance on how to make this approach work for our extended family photos. Laura arrived right on time despite needing to travel about 40 miles across the Twin Cities. She was very patient working with my extended family. She ensured each family was able to have the pictures they desired. She was reassuring to all and respectful and considerate of all my family members, especially my 92 year old mother. Laura provided insights to adjust the family members location as the lighting changed, ensuring a high quality end product. Laura did not rush anyone and made each person feel comfortable. She has a warm and engaging personality which made it a pleasure to work with her for all family members, regardless of age. Laura provided our photos promptly. I highly recommend Laura for any type of event. She was professional, provided fantastic pictures for each family and captured some truly great candid shots. Laura’s pricing was a great value and she personally demonstrated flexibility to adjust to the situation in order to exceed our expectations. We will treasure the photos forever!! Thank you Laura!!
