We are very happy about our experience with Naldo! Our basement flooded and we needed to rip out an interior door as well as much of our trim. The basement door needed to be installed in a non-standard opening so Naldo cut the door to size and rebuilt it. While installing the door he also noticed that the trim was missing from the rooms. While I had only planned on having the door installed, he asked us if we would like him to install the trim too and make us an excellent offer. He even went to the store and got the matching trim for us. Overall, we are very pleased and impressed with the quality of the work. He did an excellent job and also made sure there was no mess afterwards. We highly recommend Naldo to anyone looking for similar services!

I text and talked with him a week straight. He promised on 3 different occasions to take care a simple disconnect of a satellite dish (4 bolts on a bracket) and take off garage. He never did it and on the last time, he didn't respond at all. He also is not $29 an hour. He quotes everything by the job and is very expensive. For ex: to remove the 4 bolts, he wanted $100 on a job that takes less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Go with someone else that is reliable.

Said he would come quote on a agreed upon date. No call/ No show. Didn't respond when I reached out again. Only responded when I said I would be declining his services. He then said he wouldn't be able to make it to my location. Only after I said I would make sure to review did he apologize.
