- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free on-site estimates (most projects). We provide clear, written pricing with scope so you know exactly what’s included. Pricing is based on labor + materials + job complexity (prep, protection, access, demo, etc.). No surprise fees: any changes get a written change order approved before we proceed. If materials are customer-selected, we can use allowances so you can control the final cost. For larger projects, payments are typically split into milestones (deposit + progress payments + final after walkthrough). Limited availability for preferred/intro pricing when our schedule allows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick call/text to understand your project and timeline. On-site visit: measurements, photos, discuss options and budget. Written estimate + scope (clear line items and what’s included/excluded). Schedule + plan: confirm start date, materials, and site prep. Work begins: protect floors/surfaces, keep a clean job site, daily/regular updates. Final walkthrough + punch list: we don’t vanish when it’s 95% done. Closeout: cleanup, final payment, and any warranty/maintenance notes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Contractor owned and operated with 3rd-generation construction background. Hands-on trade training across residential remodeling: tile, drywall, trim, flooring, and general remodel work. We follow manufacturer install requirements and proven field methods so things last, not just look good for photos.
