- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically come up with a bid based on $45-$55 per hour depending on task difficulty and level of technicality of work to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial interest, come up with a bid and budget, lay out a general plan and order materials. I like to consult the customer about design before, during and after the project and like to have a meeting after to follow up on the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to experience, I've been exposed to many different fields and have always worked for small businesses. Always asking questions and growing my understanding of what it takes to produce a great product at a great price.
