- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple options for pricing. This will depend on three crucial components; the size of the job, whether materials are provided or need to be purchased by the contractor and the customer's preference of material grade.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin a new bigger project, I like to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 24 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with various customers from the North, West, East, and South parts of Minnesota. All our customers get treated with the upmost respect and best of customer service.
