Tom painted my condo before we put it on the market to sell. He provided a free in home accurate quote, it did not change. Tom is very punctual, responsive, and polite. He has a great work ethic! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have some set pricing for painting but I also understand that everyone and their projects are a bit different and unique. My goal is to work with you and come up with a total that makes us both happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a hello. . Learn about your project. We will come up with a game plan to get it done. Discuss payment and set a date and time. Day of, I will reach out to you prior to our appointment to confirm. A phone call to discuss the project moves it quicker.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience with Painting and Sheetrock work. Doing everything from simple touch ups to complex entire homes. I welcome all job!
