Reliable, efficient, friendly, cost effective. How often do you hear all those words to describe the same vendor? Yet, these are the words I would use to describe Vector Services. Being a landlord, I needed a quick turn around for the comfort of my tenants yet something cost effective. Tom was amazing to work with and was very professional and direct. Tim and Landon did the install with the utmost professionalism. They left the work site clean and did everything in a timely manner.
I cannot recommend Vector more. They will always be my go to for services including HVAC in the twin cities metro.

We had a simple plumbing job which turned out to be more complex than originally thought with corroded and leaking pipes which had been patched over time. Tom's team not only installed new faucets that we had purchased, but took care of the other issues which is a relief! Very reasonable price and a job done right! We will definite use Vector again for other types of work we need.

Project Manager Tom Balko came out measured and determined that some wood replacement would be required and we agreed on the cost. Tom was very courteous and professional.
Karen Olson and her crew came out and completed the job in an outstanding manner.
I would highly recommend Vector Services for any painting and/or staining.

I hired Vector Services to paint a very large portion of our house... Mud room, powder room, kitchen, morning room, living room, office, stairwell, and upstairs hallway. Karen and crew came on time and were able to paint all of those rooms in a single day. We were told to inspect everything the next day and let Karen know if there was anything that we felt needed touching up. I talked with Karen the next day to let her know what we found and she sent 2 people from her crew the very next day. They put another whole coat of paint in the living room and touched up absolutely everything that we pointed out. I cannot express how happy my wife and I are with how awesome everything turned out. The paint job looks perfect. Karen and crew were super nice and super easy to work with. They have definitely won our repeat business. Did I mention that their quote was outstanding too? Cuz, it was.

I am a very skeptical person when it comes to getting work done by others until I have a thorough trust established through the person/company's work. First off let me say I love thumbtack just because I need to enter my project only once and have contractors bid for it which saves a lot of time calling/emailing to explain the project. I am glad I found Vector services through thumbtack. They were one of the most competitive bidders for my project which mainly was to get my house repainted after I moved out. Tom and Karen were very courteous and treated us so well and explained everything about what they do. They were the only other vendor that suggested removing the wall paper and painting the wall versus painting over it. I was skeptical about everything they said and felt all this could be too good to be true. They did not pressure me at all for any additional service but I discovered that they also work with other companies for move out cleaning and carpet shampooing. For me that was the best option to have one company do everything. Tom is a great project manager to work with and I would you to do your homework but my experience is hands down Vector services is value for quality and money.
