- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts throughout the year based ion certain factors, including holidays and special promotions. Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer and the level of difficulty involved in removing them. For example, items located on upper floors or in areas with limited access may require additional labor and may increase the cost compared to items located on a first floor or easily accessible area. Our minimum service charge is 75$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers contact us for a quote, then we schedule a pickup, confirm pricing on arrival, and safely remove and dispose of the items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands on experience in junk removal, safe lifting techniques, proper disposal methods and customer service to ensure efficient and reliable service.
