I am a Holistic Mental Health Nurse, Reiki Master, Ordained Minister of Holistic Healing and a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
Through my program The Five Fold Path to Healing, I specialize in providing my clients with non-medication tools and techniques for managing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, anger, chronic pain or simply the stressors of everyday living. I focus on the five areas of Nutrition, Exercise, Energy Medicine, Meditation and Connection.
I also specialize in Women’s Spirituality. I help women define what spirituality means to them and then create a path to deepening that spirituality!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65/hour for an individual session or I offer a six session package for $349.
I offer a one hour “Discovery Session” for $25 to see if this program is right for you.
Reiki Energy Balancing Treatment $65/Session. Recommended a minimum of 3 sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact new customers either by phone or email. I explain my services and answer any questions they may have. I have a fee schedule and explanation of services which I can email or mail to new customers. I also have a brief assessment form to fill out so I can best meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Nursing Degree and a degree in Theology. I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, a Certified Life Coach, a Certified EFT Practitioner, a Reiki Master, a Certified Level I Spring Forest Qigong Instructor and I am an ordained Minister of Holistic Healing. In addition, I have over 30 years experience in working with clients who have depression, anxiety and chronic pain.
