Amazing Locksmith — Went Above and Beyond
Ron was absolutely amazing and went far beyond what I could have expected. We had been locked out of our unit for several days, and another locksmith had already caused significant damage to the lock and door. I had initially sent Ron some pictures, and based on those, he expected the job to take about an hour.
But when he arrived and saw the actual condition of the lock, the situation was completely different. What should have been a straightforward job had become extremely difficult because of the damage that had already been done.
Despite that, Ron never gave up. He was incredibly patient, kept trying different approaches, and genuinely seemed determined to help us get back into our unit. There were several moments when it seemed like it might not be possible, but he kept working at it until he finally got the door open. Honestly, what he was able to accomplish felt almost unreal.
After getting us inside, Ron also installed a new lock and repaired some of the damage that had been done to the door. He was extremely professional, patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply finishing the job and leaving.
What impressed me just as much was how reasonable and fair he was with his pricing, especially considering how much additional time and effort the job required.
Ron was truly a lifesaver for us. If you need a locksmith, I would highly recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Ron, for not giving up on us and for going above and beyond to help our family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here are some prices & options:
Rekey: $40 Per standard lock to rekey (lock must be in good working condition & have at least 1 working key).
New Locks: $80 Per new Deadbolt or Doorknob, medium security locks (price includes parts, rekey & labor to install on an existing hole in the door).
Fresh installations, cutting a new hole for a deadbolt on doors with no lock-hole, $75-$125 labor.
Keypad installation $120-$150
Emergency Lockouts $80-$200.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reading & understanding the customer’s job needs, sending out a detailed message to give as much info regarding the project, setting a time that works best for both sides, calling 20-30 min ahead to let the customer know we are on our way, reviewing the job with the customer before we start, completing the job with a 5 star service, reviewing the completed job with the customer to make sure it’s to their satisfaction.
