- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to give a price over the phone or email for the majority of jobs. Variances or changes in price may happen if new hardware is needed or additional problems are discovered while on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers is no different then the process of working with existing customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years on the job experience. Over 20,000 jobs completed by myself personally since 2006
