- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $25 per half hour lesson that is my standard rate. If you are looking for an hour lesson I would be charging double for the same information that I can fit into a half hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to do an introductory lesson with a new customer. This allows me to judge their ability so I can tailor a lesson plan to their strengths.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music at normandale community college and at Augsburg college.
