FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarization appointments start at a minimum of $50. My pricing is designed to provide a convenient, mobile service that comes directly to you. The final cost of your appointment may vary based on travel distance, the number of notarizations needed, and any additional services requested. My pricing includes: • Mobile travel to your location • All necessary notarial supplies and materials • Administrative and scheduling services • The Minnesota notarial act fee of $5 per notarization
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the notarization process as simple and stress-free as possible. Initial Contact – The customer reaches out with information about the document(s) they need notarized, their preferred location, and their availability. Appointment Confirmation – I provide a quote, answer any questions, and schedule a convenient appointment time. Customers are reminded that all signers must be present and provide a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Mobile Service – I travel directly to the agreed-upon location, whether it’s a home, office, hospital, senior living facility, rehabilitation center, correctional facility, or other approved location. Document Review & Identity Verification – Before notarization, I verify each signer’s identity and ensure the document is complete and ready for notarization. While I cannot provide legal advice, I am happy to explain the notarization process and answer general questions. Notarization – I perform the notarial act in accordance with Minnesota law and ensure all required notarial certificates are completed properly. Payment & Completion – Once the appointment is complete, payment is collected and the customer leaves with their notarized document. For Apostille services, I also guide clients through the process of obtaining an Apostille and can assist with document handling, submission, and status updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Minnesota Notary Public and an active member of the National Notary Association (NNA), one of the nation’s leading organizations for notary education and professional development. To ensure I provide accurate and professional service, I have completed multiple notary-related training courses, including notary education sponsored by the NNA. I regularly participate in continuing education and stay informed on industry best practices, notarial procedures, and customer service standards. In addition to my formal training, I have taken the time to thoroughly study Minnesota’s notary laws and regulations to ensure every notarization is performed in compliance with state requirements. As I continue to grow my business, I remain committed to ongoing education in areas such as general notarizations, estate planning documents, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, loan signings, and Apostille services. My goal is to provide clients with a professional, reliable, and knowledgeable experience every time.
