- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process on working with a new client is starting with my free consultation & with that I go over absolutely everything with them one on one, sitting down with them talking eye to eye getting to know them, getting them comfortable on who exactly I am & what I do! I need to know what my client needs out of me and what I need out of them! I need to know they are ready for this work & what we both can bring to the table!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a young age of being a multiple sport athlete in High School! I trained almost everyday & fell in love with being in the weight room, getting whatever is on my mind out on the weights with feeling good afterwards! I’ve always wanted to be a Fitness Trainer & help people feel amazing as well as be a mentor I don’t look at this as a job, it’s a huge passion to me on what I do.
