- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your pet would be treated as one of my own. I might not be the cheapest but I promise you after you hire me, you’ll know where that money goes. I’m very thorough and very detailed and I take this very seriously. Your pet is my highest priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we can have a free consultation so that I can come by and make sure that we are a good fit. Then, after introductions have been made, and both parties agree on the job, it’s all fun after that. When you hire me, after every visit, you will always get pictures and an update on your little one. You’ll never have to worry about the care for your family friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before moving to Minneapolis, I worked at another pet sitting business in Dallas for seven years, where I learned how to interact with nearly any kind of pets, and to be able to give medication up to, including infusions for cats.
