We’re dedicated to giving your furry, feathered and now recently aquatic friends the best experience, stepping in when you need to be away.

Carol’s Critters sitters are adept at giving all kinds of medication’s up to and including infusions for cats and dogs, caring for elderly and deaf dogs and animals with other special needs. This was our first time hiring a cat sitter so we were a little nervous. Carol met with me to go over everything before we left and went over all of the details about what we needed. She took great care of the cats including giving them meds and lots of attention and sent photos and updates every visit. We highly recommend her!

Our pet setter was Danielle she was very friendly and our cat took right to her. she kept us up-to-date on how the cat was doing and sent us photos of him. She even watered our plants that were outside.

Carol is truly an amazing human being! She is kind, caring and an animal lover. I liked her immediately! she is very professional and very personable at the same time. She warmed up to my dogs and my parakeet immediately and they liked her too! While she's there doing doing her thing when you're gone she will send you pictures and a video or 2! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your pet would be treated as one of my own. I might not be the cheapest but I promise you after you hire me, you’ll know where that money goes. I’m very thorough and very detailed and I take this very seriously. Your pet is my highest priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we can have a free consultation so that I can come by and make sure that we are a good fit. Then, after introductions have been made, and both parties agree on the job, it’s all fun after that.
When you hire me, after every visit, you will always get pictures and an update on your little one. You’ll never have to worry about the care for your family friend.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before moving to Minneapolis, I worked at another pet sitting business in Dallas for seven years, where I learned how to interact with nearly any kind of pets, and to be able to give medication up to, including infusions for cats.
