James was fantastic!!! Left my demanding BIG cat “BOOTSIE” there for a long weekend. I hear she hung out under the bed but I knew she was in good hands. I received “under the bed” glamour shots. I rarely provide reviews, but James deserves 5 stars on all counts! We normally board our senior dog at a “pet lodge” but he’s getting to the point where he needs more attention. James did a pre-visit with our dog and I was relieved to see that our dog immediately felt at ease around him and the new environment. James is exceptionally responsive and trustworthy. He stayed in touch over the week and sent pictures. His pricing is very competitive and he makes drop offs and pick ups a breeze. Look no further if you are seeking pet care!
