What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require a deposit to officially hold your session date and time, with the remaining balance due on the session date itself. Your final edited images are delivered once the invoice has been fully paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have finalized a date and location, I will email you my new client questionnaire to gather a few details to tailor our time together followed up by my invoice and contract. I am more than happy to go over any styling questions you may have for what to wear to your session!
