We have three fee's associated with our services. Tenet procurement, monthly management, maintenance requests.

We've been involved in property management for over 30 years. Our owner started when he bought his first investment property in 1986.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Single family, multifamily, on site management, leasing only, maintenance only. We can customize our service to what you need.
