- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local events or gatherings I have a 1 hour minimum and a 3 hour maximum. Hosts are welcome to cover my rate or it can be divided amongst the number of guests! I recommend no less than a 10 minute reading per person in order for everyone to have a fulfilling experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we are welcome to chat via phone or e mail to discuss your needs. I usually refer interested folks to my Instagram to get a sense for my style to see if we are a good match! For scheduled in person and remote 1:1 readings i request a 48 hour notice for cancellation. For gatherings and events, a 50$ deposit is required to hold your event date on my calendar. This is refundable if canceled 14 days prior to the event.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
for events and celebrations: • number of quests (a group is anything larger than 2!) • location for reader (I find something dimly lit, off to the side with semi to full privacy is best) For individual readings: • Have you inquired about this same topic recently? I recommend sitting with a reading and allowing time to integrate the message before getting another reading on the same topic. Additionally, using multiple readers to answer the same or similar inquiry at a similar time can muddy the situation and clarity received. • Are you open to hearing what comes forth in your reading, or might you be expecting and hoping a specific answer or outcome? • If you are unsure if the question you are asking or the way you are asking it are best, connect with your reader on how to word it or what might really be the inquiry that you are expressing.
