This was the second time I've hired Mr. Vaca because I had good experience last year. He's nice and does a good job, however, the communication is very hard and unpredictable and even after trying for days, I couldn't get hold of him nor a reply back from him because he's going to mail me my tax papers, but I've not received them in a month. It's very hard for me to write this as I like him as a person but feel very disappointed not being able to communicate or reply back. We can meet in person or we can provide our service online, whichever is more convenient for our client. We have a first meeting to gather the information, and a second meeting to collect signatures. We made sure to ask the right questions and collect the right information to find all the deductions that are available for you.
