Introduction: I and my partners typically book 5-star destinations such as Sandals, Couples, river cruises, world cruises, and group cruises. We book groups, with and without pickleball, and have secured a free room for as few as five paid rooms. We do not typically book mass-market cruises such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival, or MSC except for groups of 8 cabins or more.
I have cruised around the world, and booked a world cruise, and have been fortunate enough to enjoy unusual destinations from the tunnels of Cu Chi in Vietnam to the pyramids of Giza. I have dined with locals in their homes in Morocco and Japan, and have some excursion experience in China, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Israel, Turkey and Ukraine. Since June 2022 I have cruised on 4 different ocean cruise lines and a river cruise, visited Alaska twice, visited 12 all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, and stayed in 6 European countries.
I hold certifications with the following ocean cruise lines: Princess, Regent Seven Seas, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, Carnival, Azamara, and river cruise lines AmaWaterways, Uniworld, and Avalon.
