I have been honored to utilize Tridon Visual Media's services twice in the past year for video production. Both were professional settings and both times the product was above and beyond expectations. In each of the videos, one of which was individual story (mine) and the other was more of an event setting (the nonprofit I work for, Pinky Swear Foundation), Nate from Tridon Visual Media listened throughout the process to ensure he was telling the story from the lens (pun intended) of the population we were highlighting. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am the type of person who wants the best for my clients. Your image is my top priority and I will do everything I can to make sure your video produces results and has a lasting impact on your viewers and prospects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically process starts with a phone consultation. Once we have developed a plan for your video we set a date for production filming. Once the video production is complete we move into the post-production phase. I will then give 2 rounds of edit revisions for your video and have your video ready for you in a few days time. I am extremely efficient with editing and I take my job extremely seriously. Once the video has been approved you then will receive your video via internet download and the file will be yours forever. Then you use this powerful video for your marketing strategy and let the prospects view your video and make the purchase descion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of ongoing education. I also know the industry of film is always changing so working with various equipment and professional editing software I have learned to adapt and take on new skills each year.
