Jeff contacted me within minutes after posting my first job on Thumbtack. He created an ad for my company to place in a directory for more exposure. Jeff was absolutely awesome, he was in contact at all times. It never took him more than an hour to reply to any questions or changes throughout the whole process (which happened OFTEN since I am new to this process). He was able to take what I gave him, and produce a great final product in such a short period of time! He also went above and beyond his duties and edited our company logo to make it more crisp and better resolution, which he provided to us at no cost. His price is the best that I found, and I was skeptical since It is much lower than many of the other graphic designers on the site. However, I would recommend Jeff and will definitely use him again in the future.

Jeff contacted me because he recognized that my website (that I built) was very hard to read and new people would have a hard time navigating through it. He made an offer I could not refuse. I’m very happy that I took his advise and allowed him to re-create a site that is mobile friendly, beautiful and reflects what I do in my business. He responded quickly, took care of any changes immediately and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company for graphic design and any other designs that he offers. He listens and that’s most important.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge a flat fee for a design project. The thing is: most client's quotes do not give detail on the scope of the project. I usually do a little bit of free touch-up work. I try to be a protectionist. I also do not charge for tiny web/graphic design updates like swapping out text/photos. I'm looking to make the client 100% satisfied.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After a couple of messages on here, some customers I talk to entirely with e-mail. Some clients like to talk more on the phone about the project. I do like to talk on the phone with clients to answer questions to mix it up a little bit (variety is the spice of life).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an associates degree from Brown College in graphic design. I have 15 years of experience. I started to learn HTML when I was about 16.
