- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly amount with a minimum of 1hour. After that, the client can use my services as little or as much as they would like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, my process begins with a phone conversation. I listen to what my potential client's desire is, and then give them my professional opinion of how I can help. I usually can estimate how long I think the job will take to complete. This way, a potential client can determine what the project will cost .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as an interior designer since 2000. Previous to that, I worked for an interior design company in St. Paul, and also visual merchandising for a national mail order company.
