Jake was quick to respond to us. He is fair in his pricing and he is always on time and often early so very reliable. When he is working he is very attention to details but also a fast and clean worker. Each morning he would inform me of what his plan for the day was and what he hope to get accomplished, he would stay until he accomplished the days work. The tile I picked out would not work with the pin wheel design I selected. The 12 x 12 pieces were not consistent enough to work with our pattern. Jake went with me to explain to the store what the problem was and the flooring manager really appreciated Jake explaining it to him. When my wife and I picked our replacement tile I informed Jake what we picked and he took the time to confirm the tile we were looking at would work for the pin wheel design. Jake had to come back a few weeks later to install the new tile. He did a great job with installing the tiles. Everything looks very professionally installed. He is a fast worker who does great work! By the time Jake finished the project I felt I have known him for many years. He is very friendly and a very genuine guy. I would for sure hire Jake again for any tile work that I need done.

From the instant I submitted my request for a tiling job Jake was responsive and very timely! He took the time to educate us on some options so we could decide what works best for us! Project was done as scheduled and looks great! Thanks Jake!

Jake was fantastic! Jake tiled around a bathtub and separate shower for us. He is such a professional and perfectionist. The jobsite was cleaned up each evening and our bathroom looks great. I know who I'll call next time I have a tile job. I would not hesitate at all to use Jake for any tile work. Thanks for the beautiful bathroom, Jake!

Jake did our backsplash in the upstairs kitchen and slate flooring in the basement. Was wiling to work with our schedule, showed up on time, did an excellent job. My wife really loves the new kitchen look. The tile we picked out for the backsplash came from RBC and was paperfaced. This made it very difficult to work with and took considerably longer than he was expecting. Despite all that, he never waivered from his original bid or asked for more. Would gladly hire him again anytime.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Just finished 2020 sq ft. And hearing everybody always complimenting and saying how good it looks almost every 5 minutes and then having the owner of the company ask for me to come do a walk in shower at their own personal home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In this business and this particular field you get what you pay for especially if your looking for good quality work.
