- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of our customers are concerned about pricing and getting a professional service. At Abra Kadabra, our pricing allows our technicians adequate time to protect your home. Our experts strive to deliver the highest quality customer service while we eliminate what’s bugging you. Our customers can rest easy with peace of mind because they know Abra Kadabra is protecting their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at your home, we thoroughly inspect the property. We will also take a special look at any of your specific concerns. After that we will work to treat your home in a proactive manner utilizing products with the least environmental impact and especially targeting your home’s specific needs. The process will include a treatment of the area in question and all areas that could be conducive to a continuing problem, including your kitchen, bathrooms and any other areas that could have an issue in the future. We will then do a complete perimeter application, the products we use are driven by the time of year and your home's specific environment. Finally we will clean all of the spider webs, mud daubers and wasps nest down from around your homes eves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Abra Kadabra is a member of the National Pest Management Association. Technicians are certified by the National Wildlife Control Operator’s Association and licensed by the Minnesota Pest Management Association. Technicians continue to update their knowledge by earning continuing education credits each year learning the most up to date information, statistics, methods and industry trends.
